The FCC needs your help

Good Afternoon Everyone The FCC needs your help, I am writing to you as an entrant in the 2018 or 2019 Topshot competition. It is a general condition of entry into these competitions (section 3 quoted below) to allow the use of your image by the FCC for advertising and or other promotional activities related to the competition. the entrant grants permission for the exhibition to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on the FCC website and Facebook page. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. I am herby requesting the expansion of this permission to include the use of your images at the upcoming 2019-20 Judge training courses. The first of these training courses will be held on 28-29th September 2019 and hosted by the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club Camera Club, venue Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club 117 Ryedale Rd, West Ryde NSW 2114. For more information or registration for this course please contact Jeff Akers jeffstop32@gmail.com I would like to use the images with the following limited credit; – “Images used during this course have been entered in the 2018 or 2019 FCC Topshot competition” All FCC judging is conducted anonymously i.e. no photographer credit. Should you have an objection to the use of your images as part of these training courses please advise me immediately and your images will not be used in the training material. Without your support the FCC will not be able to run the judge training and the number of judges available to judge at clubs will continue to decline. As the current roster of judges is aging new blood is needed to ensure all club have ample choice when looking for a guest judges for their competitions. David William Miller – A Celebration of His Life

***** Message from the Family of David Miller *****

It is with great sadness to let you all know that, David William Miller, has passed away on Monday, 1st July 2019. Over the past few months, his health had unfortunately deteriorated. Though he had always remained in good spirits until the end.

To celebrate his life, we will be holding a Memorial Service, followed by a Wake, at Auburn Baptist Church (Harrow Road, Auburn) on Tuesday, 9th of July at 1:30PM. Please arrive earlier if travelling by car for parking purposes.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to a organisation close to your heart to remember David, as we all know throughout his life, he was involved in so many different things.

Please let us live in the memory of Dad by wearing loud Hawaiian shirts on the day, and taking awesome photos.
