FEDERATION OF CAMERA CLUBS (NSW) – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020/2021

Date: Sunday, 7 August 2022

Venue: The Fraternity Club, 11 Bourke Street, Fairy Meadow NSW 2519

Time: 12 Noon.

Due to the restrictions and limitation arising from the Covid 19 Pandemic over the last 2 years the FCC (NSW) has been unable to hold an Annual General Meeting.  This post/email is a Notice that the FCC (NSW) intends to hold the 2020/2021 Annual General Meeting immediately before the Topshot Presentation on 7 August 2022 at 12 Noon at The Fraternity Club, 11 Bourke Street, Fairy Meadow.  The FCC (NSW) will be utilising ZOOM for this AGM to allow Club Delegates to attend virtually if they are unable to attend this meeting in person.  A Zoom link for the AGM will be sent out to Club by 31 July and will require Pre Registration.  Please note those wishing to attend by Zoom will be required to have their camera on should any voting be necessary.  Requirements for attending via Zoom will be provided with the Zoom Link.  Members of Affiliated Clubs are welcome to attend, however only the appointed Club Delegate is permitted to vote.

Please download the following documents:

As we have not been able to hold an AGM for 2 years this year will be an election year.  We anticipate there will be some changes to the current Committee Members and the positions held and whilst we have a very hard working Committee who are looking forward to continuing on the Committee we would be very happy to have more Members on board.  The ability to run our Committee Meetings via Zoom has enabled us to have Committee Members from all over NSW.

Kind Regards
Michelle Kennedy
Secretary
